Your B&W # BWRVK3270 5th-Wheel hitch has a footprint measuring, 31-3/4" wide x 33-1/2" deep. You could use the Reese # RP30055 hitch cover that only covers the head of the hitch, or the Classic Accessories # CA80116 hitch cover that measures 24" x 24" x 18" which would cover most of your hitch.

A regular hitch pin and clip would work to keep the cover in the hitch. If your trailer hitch is a Class I or II with a 1-1/4 inch wide receiver then you would use pin and clip # PC2. For Class III, IV, and V receivers you would use # PC3.
The other option is to go with a lock. For a Class I or II hitch you could use # e98879. For a Class II, IV, or V you can use # e98881.
